The Collaborative was founded upon the belief that supportive collaboration and community creates an environment for healing and growth. Working together in a spirit of collaboration, instead of competition, creates an environment of abundance that supports all members. Providing experience and support for interns and provisionally licensed counselors enriches the larger therapeutic community and helps mentor the next generation of healers. Interns providing low cost counseling for couples and families then helps create healing and growth within the larger Saint Louis community.
The Collaborative was founded by Claudine Miller, LPC and Grant Ellis, LPC in 2014. Claudine and Grant are counselors who created the CHC with the goal of creating a supportive community that allows healing practitioners to succeed as both healers and entrepreneurs.
Located in a warm and cozy historical house in Webster Groves, the CHC strives to create a comfortable and homey environment for both providers and clients. We believe that counseling and healing is facilitated by a comfortable, non-clinical setting.
